Charise is a licensed Cosmetologist and has a degree in fashion. Charise gained her first experience in the beauty business by going to modeling school as a teenager. Charise has utilized her modeling background by directing and performing in dozens of hair fashion shows. Prior to working at Xquisite, Charise worked at Talent Hair Salons, The JC Penny Salon, and Hair Perfect. Charise is passionate about healthy hair and is an In-salon  Product Knowledge Coach. Charise is known for her exceptional weave technique and is also certified in The YHair Extension  System (Infusion).  Charise is also very experienced in with a Non Realxer Straightening Treatment System called "360". This service is great for clients who are looking to give their hair a break from relaxers.
Charise's clientele includes world famous opera singer Dynyce Gravers.
